Can You Feel the Wonder (poem)

Can you feel the wonder
It's really just outside
Hitch your life to a sunbeam
and take it for a ride.

It's out there in the fields,
the peace you're trying to find.
Staying in the city
just makes you deaf and blind.

It's the land of the Cherokee,
such a noble Indian tribe.
The peace that they once found here
is still very much alive.
